If you're looking to learn new skills, it's vital that you have a teacher who knows their subject. At Dulux Academy, our specialist trainers are all experienced decorators with years of experience in the industry.

Mark Rigby is one of our most experienced trainers. After leaving school as a teenager, Mark began a four-year apprenticeship while studying for his City and Guilds in Painting and Decorating and Advanced Craft. Mark then set up his own residential and commercial decorating business, developing a solid reputation with his customers and winning industry awards along the way. His high standards and dedication to perfection led him to becoming a judge for Dulux Trade student competitions and it was there where he developed his passion for encouraging a new generation of painting and decorating professionals.

Having regularly attended courses to improve his skills, Mark understands the value of training. So, joining the Dulux Academy at its creation was an easy decision.

"Working for Dulux Academy is truly inspiring.
