Name: Rachael Rodgers

What is your role within the Dulux Select Decorators team?

I work on a variety of daily tasks ranging from a member renewing their membership, regular courtesy calls or general help and advice. I speak to numerous members between the hours of 7.30am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday and as a team, our principal aim is to provide an excellent customer service

What did you do before joining AkzoNobel?

Since leaving school I have worked in administration; in health care, legal services, sales and construction

Where do you live?

Mapperley, Nottingham

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

Spending time with my family, Zumba and distance running

What was your favourite holiday?

Venice; it's an amazing city, with beautiful buildings and history and great shopping!

If you were stranded on a desert island, what three items would you take with you?

A companion, chocolate cake and a boat to get me the heck out of there!
